They went out of their way to accommodate my husband because of his fear of dentists. Best experience we could ever have. They were wonderful. From staff, manager, and especially the Dentist.
I went in on a Monday November 14th after having a tooth break off at the root. They evaluated and completed teeth impressions. Dr. Goraya was wonderful and explained everything he would do and even had the lab expedite my fake tooth overnight so that way it would be ready the next day around 3. Joe the tech who worked my tooth piece overnight did a awesome job! When I came back in Dr. Goraya made sure it fit and adjusted everything for me.
This review is for Karen Wright. This was my first time at Aspen Dental. The staff was very nice and friendly. they took time to answer any questions. They didn't rush anything. The place was very clean and tidy. I didn't wait very long in the waiting room. The last place I was at took up to a hour before going back to the dentist. They even had TV's on the examining chairs so you could watch TV while you were waiting and see your x rays after they were taken !
Alma, Selina and Dr. Goraya were all friendly, professional and efficient. They took good care of me and helped me get a good smile again.
I really Liked my Visit to this facility. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I got my Exam and X rays and cleaning done the same day. Alma did a great Job. Tiffany took my X-rays and was very nice and fast. Dr Goraya took his time and explained everything to me in detail.I would highly recommend this practice to everyone!
Thank you so much Dr. Goraya! You are amazing! Thanks to you and your wonderful staff, Elise, Tiffany, and especially Alma, I'm not terrified anymore to go to the dentist. You all treated me so good there and made me feel like you actually care about me. My teeth look beautiful and I absolutely love them! I literally can't stop smiling! THANK YOU! �
