was over charged for dental work and have been waiting over two months to get resolved. was told I would be contacted three times already and still no response. my expirence with them has been unpleasant.
We went to see them last year to get a treatment plan for my parents. They plan was to replace all their teeth instead of fixing it!! Dang! $39K Treatment plan! Backed out and found a different dental office instead. No treatment was done just cleaning which was paid upfront! Now they are saying we owe them $90.00 and was sent to collections and can’t find the payment!! IM GLAD I DIDN’T CONTINUE WITH THEM!! They even see payments made to them before hand and we never even paid anything BUT the cleaning!
Worst customer service ever. We have been waiting the 7-10 days they said it would take for our refund. We still have not received it. Tried calling Alyssa the office manager but she never answers the phone or return phone calls. All we would like is some answers on why it has taken so long!!!
Worst customer service ever. Took my son in for a check up because of his jaw hurting. They recommend a cleaning and root canal. Took him back for a cleaning and had to schedule for the root canal. A couple days before the root canal Alyssa calls me telling me that the quote given to me is wrong because they forgot to add 2 codes in. The codes were for the root canal. Took my 80 year old mother to see about dentures. They were extremely pushy and recommended TOTAL extractions telling us that her fillings are too old and the teeth wren't worth saving. Reminder she is 80 years old! Never once did they ask for a doctors release or show any concerns about her health. Will not go back!!
I will just say this I had an awful experience here and their prices... I left unhappy, went to get a second opinion and found that more than half of what I was told was NOT the case. I didn’t know this at the time but my spous ran into issues and my father tried them as well and was given a list of items that needed to be done. Clueless front desk staff and horrible customer/patient service overall. Will never use this dental company again.
So I get a call to find out why I am coming in the day of my appointment and I tell them, then they said we have a cancellation at 3 if you want to come in earlier than 4. I get there at 3:05 they didn’t call me back until 4!! Then they start doing all of these X-rays that were unneeded I was only there for a limited exam!! This office does not know how to tell Time at all. I had a 4pm appointment. Now I work as an ER Nurse so I get delays to a point. You make an appointment common curtesy if there is a delay you tell the patient when they arrive. You update them. Not gossip at the desk. I asked about the delay at 4:10. I was told oh no we’re not running behind I told the woman oh yes you are my appointment was at 4 go see what the hold up is. So at 4:15 I get called and brought to a chair.
