Completely awful! I have never been to a dentist office for a regular check up and cleaning, even as a new patient and it take 2.5 hours and never got my teeth cleaned! When I first arrived they were prompt in getting x rays taken and initial exam, but then left me alone in a room for over an hour! I got there before my appointment I sat there for over 20 min. I finally went up to ask what the hold up was. The receptionist was playing on Facebook I stood there I finally I asked her for help. She was like yah, her attitude was like how dare I ask her, I asked what the hold up was. I was told the hygienist was stuck in traffic. I asked why they don't tell the patient about the delay she said I just got here which was a lie but there where 4 other employees playing on there phone why couldn't any of them tell me. The exam was thorough, the staff were cirteois and friendly. I had been in pain for 2 days, 9-10 on a scale of ten. The prescriptions given where totally inadequate to alleviate my pain. I endured another 24 hrs of excruciating pain before I had any relief. That is totally unacceptable in the health field and totally unnecessary.
I went yesterday first appointment for check up and cleaning my teeth . First of all the X-ray tech was very pleasant but the X-ray experience was awful it's a new machine I was gagging for the whole hour. I was checked by hygienist I was told I needed a deep cleaning I understood that .The dentist comes in she tells me about needing the deep cleaning that I have a cavity I said ok and then she said she needed to pull out a wisdom tooth that is not bothering me has never bothered me for the past 45 years. Worst experience getting a crown. Keeps falling off even when they assured me it would be permanent and now when I try to call no one answers the phone. No notification anywhere of holiday hours and voice-mail box is full. Once I get the crown back on, I am done with this location.
One of the worst experiences I've had since getting dentures 40 years ago mouth is sore and they don't fit right afraid to go back because the dentist said that it is normal. Then they sent me a bill for extra money Time to find a good denture place
