Kevin COMPLETELY ruined Juleigh Mayfield’s dentures. In addition, he spoke badly behind her back to the staff. I truly hope Juleigh moves forward with a lawsuit. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Get better assistants and Dr's who make patient feel like they are important to the success of their company..Dr. Chappell in Statesboro came into room like she hates her job and me for even coming in

Everything don't waste your time going to them. They are not professional. They don't always answer the phone and the one in Savannah told me they had the phones off the hook because they were understaffed due to covid. Tell you one price on day and then the next day it's another price. They lose things like a permanent crown and you have to call repeatedly because they didn't even know and can't even find it but won't do anything because it wasn't their fault( Bill ). I’m sure there has to be a good dentist or two in that place but the one that did my sons teeth is completely and totally incompetent! My son had four cavities filled with a cost of $1080 dollars. He was hurting terribly when he left and one of his fillings fell out the next day! He called the next day and they said they could’nt see him for over a month!! My son had 4 fillings put in by Aspen Dental in Statesboro. Less than a month later his tooth broke off & filling fell out of one & he was in a lot of pain. Aspen couldn’t see him for over 3 weeks to look at it. He went to his regular dentist instead& his dentist said Aspen Dental did not fill his teeth the right way & he has another one they filled that is also cracked. Now all four teeth Aspen did his regular dentist had to fix with 2 refilling & 2 root canals with crowns.😡😡😡😡 So now he has to pay $5300.00 more to fix ... read more

Worst experience I’ve had at a dental office. I am a college student and this had been the first time I’ve gone to an apt without my parents. I have clinic anxiety and they certainly made it worse. The reception staff was snooty and unfriendly. I did not feel welcome in the slightest. Seemed to be very bothered by any questions I had.
