I went in for a simple exam, whoever the hell my person was was to busy in her phone and chasing after free food. I came for a simple exam on a wisdom tooth. They never diagnosed the problem but fronted me a $1300 bill for some shit I never asked ab. Aspen Dental can kiss my ass and suck my tooth. I’d rather live in pain than go to that God awful place again. Bunch of dumbasses are what they are. They never guided me to my room. Just looked at me like a dumbass. Fuck them all, -0/ 1,000,000,000

Worst dental office ever!!! Rude staff from the front desk to the actual dentist! My husband has SEVERE clinical anxiety & is very scared of the dentist, they would not let me go into the back room with him until I complained to the dentist. I got yelled at three different times for being back there in the room with him and I had to sit there and explain to him about his severe anxiety and how he could have a panic attack at any time. The visit my mother had yesterday is an unforgettable experience! This facility is not accommodating for those with severe physical disabilities. The main entrance isn’t handicap accessible nor the rooms. Although the dental assistants tried their best to get the necessary X-rays needed to create a treatment plan, the doctor wasn’t empathetic at all toward my mother’s condition. Instead we left without getting the services we initially sought to receive. Hopefully, I can find another dentist to help her.

They were prompt and very in-depth on what needs to be done in my mouth. They explained it very well. They worked with me on what I can afford. I would recommend them to any and everyone who needs work done in their mouth or just a simple cleaning.

There was such a large discrepancy in the estimate given to me for the work that I need to have done, that I was totally shocked and upset with my company. I called them and was very upset with them for giving me wrong information! I explained to them that you gave me a price twice as high as they had given me and I told them everything that Brandy had told me and written on the consult treatment plan 1. Hi,I was a patient of the savannah and Rincon office I am very upset with you guys. I have 4 teeth that desperately need to be pulled I payed the money and everything else. They got my money wrong when they said they did not they gave me appointment that was on a Sunday but put in the computer another day. They keep going on days I can't when I flate told them Thursday or Friday. Seen a few weeks ago and had a bad experience so we decided to go to another dentist office. The other dentist sent paperwork requesting Xrays. They will not provide them. They also will not answer calls to their office.
