I and Marv both needed new dentures. We loved everyone here in Oak Park Heights/Stillwater. Dr.Alexander was very nice and had a great smile. Tiffany was such a sweetheart, and the girls up front were so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

0/10 My brother had a terrible experience with this Aspen location. He went in to have a consultation for an infected tooth that needed to be pulled and the dentist had no "chair"side manner. He continuously pressured my brother to start the process of removing all of his teeth and getting dentures or other replacement. After my brother stated that the cost was too high, the dentist continued to push for this extreme and costly treatment. My brother was extremely uncomfortable and very nervous for the procedure. This is the first review I have ever given good or bad but this was such a terrible experience that people need to be warned. I went there knowing exactly what kind of service I wanted. After living with dental pain for over 20 years I wanted dentures. I was told by a their doctor that he was not willing to do that and he would only do partials and in a couple years I could come back and they would do full dentures then. Went in with no pain to get 3 fillings at the end of it the dentist said she should of just did a root cannal but I can come back and have one done if I'm in pain after a week or so I have been in throbing pain ever since the numbing wore off so now I already Paid to have this fixed now I have to go else were and now pay to get a root cannal done even with insurance isn't cheap to have the same tooth worked on if that wasn't a way to scam more money out of me / insurance they should be a shamed of them self and as a company ... read more

they are a joke they even lie to you
I normally don’t mind going to the dentist but this place had me nearly in tears when I came in for a filling. Wildly reckless with the novocaine needle, they somehow managed to numb my jaw so that I could barely even open my mouth for the procedure. I’ve never had so many novocaine injections before at the dentist, even after expressing that I prefer to do minor work without any at all. They also include fluoride for adults without asking if you want it or not even though insurance doesn’t usually cover fluoride for adults.... read more

I took advantage of the new customer free exam and x-ray as I had not been to the dentist in some time and I do have an infection in one of my teeth. They all were very pleasant and nice during this time. I made a follow up appointment to have the infected tooth removed and another. Today I went in for the extraction. It was the most painful horrific experience I have ever had at a dental office. They provided 4 shot of novican at first. They left the room and came back 10 to 15 minutes later. My neighbor just came home literally crying from a complete disrespectful & horrific visit at your Aspen Dental location! After attempting to pull her infected tooth, that the Novocain did not take, causing extreme pain, the dentist raised his voice at her, then blamed her for being in pain! How dare you treat anyone this way! Then you had the audacity to threaten her about no refund! Shame on you all! This was not handled in a professional manner at all!
