Terrible service! My wife went in yesterday to have 5 teeth removed and they refused to give her anything for the pain. She even called them back today because they told her if she was in pain today to call them. They refused to give her anything and was told "that isn't the doctor's style" Like what does that even mean? This dude has obviously never had any mouth pain.Looks like both of us will be taking our business elsewhere! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

these people are a bunch of thieves I brought my porcelain dentures in to get realigned and they took them in the back and came back with them and they weren't even my dentures that they brought me back these were plastic ones so basically they stole my $7,000 dentures and replace them with a set of $300 pieces of crap they're nothing more than thieves there I tried calling the oak Park heights Police because $7,000 is Grand theft and oak Park heights Police will not do a thing so no I do not recommend ever going to this pla... read more

went there to take advantage of the 85 dollar cleaning. was told the only cleaning they could "legally" do would cost 700
I had a crown fall out and Dr. Karissa Goetsch refused to put it back into place. She also didn’t offer any other treatment options to fill the gaping hole on my mouth leaving me vulnerable to infections. She gave me a referral for Endodontics. I went to see my primary dentist today and she replaced it without any problems.

This was the most uncomfortable, business-transaction-like dentist appointment I’ve ever had. The whole thing felt like a sales pitch from the moment I walked back to the exam room. When I first got to the office there was no one waiting at the desk to greet me, someone finally came out to sit at the desk, but didn’t acknowledge me.
