Paid for an exam and x-rays. Wanted to charge me 1500 for a deep cleaning. That's way over the average price in my area. I figured with a big name as aspen they would be cheaper. There's way cheaper options then that. They didn't even do a full exam. Looked in my mouth for 30 seconds and said the someone will talk to me at the front. I feel like I was ripped off and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Also I found out they made me pay a co pay when I didn't have one for preventive Care. I feel bullied!!! I have tried to leave on 2 separate occasions and was stopped my a man who sits by the exit door and told " I have to speak with the office manager before I can leave".

Billing is always an issue. Receiving a bill from Aspen when I haven't even been a patient in over a year. Avoid!

I'm completely terrified of the dentist and always have been since I was little. Give it everyone is nice but your surgeon needs to listen! Could have died yesterday after having my tooth pulled. He asked before even getting started of I was allergic to any medicine and I told him penicillin. Gave it to me anyways and it's even in my paperwork that I cannot have it. Could have died yesterday if the cvs pharmacy wouldn't have said anything to me.

Not happy lower plate has not been right from the start and recently last adjustment made opening with sharp edge, now more pain and food under the plate very hard to eat and Dr said past warranty now will have to purchase new one when I am still paying for the one he made. Guess I am stuck the way it is sorry not happy at all. John Cleary

The denture they made didn't fit, they wouldn't correct it, just lined it, made it thick heavy, the teeth are set in lopside and front one huge gap....not meet bottom teeth, the front teeth set severely off center, and clear on bottomadges, but whites shoe through fake light colored gum..aesthetics horrible, wouldn't listen to me, a TOTAL RIP OFF, slip shod work!""
