My semi-annual cleaning appt has been postponed three times since November 2018 original appointment. Also, yesterday's visit did not include the x-rays and dentist's exam - have to visit again in a couple of weeks.

Stop over charging Patients
Worst experience ever! Accused of screaming at finance person (lie) and they won’t repair dentures they charged $13,000 for!
On my first visit, I informed the office that my insurance would not pay for xrays, and that I could not afford to pay for them. I was assured that I would not be billed for the xrays. However, for the past 4 months, I have repeatedly received a bill. Each month I would call the office and explain what I was told, and each month I was assured that I did not owe this bill and that it would be taken care of. I heard good things about this place. I went and the Dr and staff and everyone was great. I had to take out a loan for what I needed, sad but that's another story, I understand there are no guarantees but I was told my payment would be $40 to $42 dollars a month. This was after cutting way back on what they said I needed, cause there was no way I could afford it. I told him I'm disabled and don't work and have lots of physical issues. Doctor is fine, staff are horrible. They are led by an individual named Stacy, who is rude and runs the office in the worst way, they cancel last minute and say they will call back and don’t, I am a 5 yr customer looking for a new dentist, if anyone knows one, let me know, because Aspen is no longer mine or my family’s dentist.

I was in for cleaning and two took care of me. I assume the first person was a dental assistant and the second a hygienist but not sure. I was told that I would receive flouride and it would be $42 at check out. I said fine. Aren’t they supposedto polish your teeth anymore? No one did. Waited for that and flouride. Assistant never returned. Clerk finally came in and charged me $32? For rinse for gingivitis. She deleted the $42 and asked if I usually get flouride.. ? Seemed disorganized at best. Disappointing. It was the WORST experience at a dental office I have ever had. I felt like I was at a used car lot and all they were trying to do was sell and rip me off. The staff was very rude! I sat in the room forever and finally got out of the chair with my bib on and had to go out into the hallway to get the attention of someone. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Their business practice should be illegal. I also felt like I was taken advantage of because I am older. Aweful!!!
