They did ok on X-rays and letting me know what was a plan to repair a loose filling. I had delta dental insurance and the told me that gave me a $130 discount also delta would pay some of the cost. I had the work done. Now the $130. Discount disappeared. I have tried to work with them. Now have a letter from a collection agency. Watch out for they don't know what they are doing.
I complained about waiting and being double booked in my appointment time. The dentist told me I had to wait without complaining. I told him I would complain as long as he made me wait. Got a new Dentist that morning. Problem solved.
It's one of the least favorite place to go like many feel, I'm sure. That said, first trip was about a broken tooth. The hole took broke off at the gum line, I was told to come back when the oral surgen was there. The problem is this guy/gale are only available one or two days a week and were booked up till January. My appointment is Jan. 19th. Thankfully the nerve is dead and I have no pain,. I did go back the following week and had my teeth clean and that went fine.

I went to my appointment very happy and excited because this was the only office that could fix my chipped tooth after the hurricane. They changed the time of my appointment before coming in and I still didn't mind. However, after the initial appointment I was told to come back in 3 hours to actually get the procedure done. After 2 hours of waiting (I was staying 45 mins away) I was told to come back the next day instead. 2 weeks later I went in again to finish the procedure and I left feeling horrible. Not impressed. dentist was very good. Sales representative needs more training. Will Never go back
My wife and I had our initial visit Aug 10. All went well and we finished up about the same time. At the end it was time to schedule routine cleaning. The technician stated May was their next available. I looked at him thinking he must have misspoken. Nope, next cleaning appointment available was 9 months away. UNSATISFACTORY. When we got home I called the Aspen located in Lady Lake. They can get us in later this month and/or Sep. Mo better.
To much waiting and they forgot I was sitting in the dentist chair!
