My appointment was for 2:30pm. I was called and asked if I could come in earlier at 1:00pm. I said sure. It’s 4:30pm and I still have not been seen. This was my 1st visit. I do not recommend Aspen Dental. Horrible experience… I thought it was a one off but 5 people waiting was upset also..
They made a hole in my mouth and stopped and said you have to go see a specialist to help fix my tooth so in had a hole in my mouth for two days I was in so much pain my nerves were exposed so I had to go see a different dentist and then I have to pay money out of my pocket from mistakes aspen dental did to my tooth $483.Aspen Dental should reimburse me for the mistake they made but they didn’t I do not recommend aspen dental people looking for a dentist the dentist I went to go see was telling me story’s how they always get... read more
I just had my oral surgery for removing 4 wisdom teeth this morning. Aspen Tucker did not properly prepare me for the procedure other than telling me to not eat or drink 8 hrs prior and to have someone with me to drive me when complete. They should have given me prescriptions in advance of the surgery for rinse and pain relief to have with me immediately following the surgery. Appointment was at 9:30am arrived at 9am 7 people before me was called back with later appointments and a hour and a half later I’m STILL WAITING!! Phones ring, no one answers, there’s one lady working the front desk and she’s basically in the break room eating food that was dropped off. Ridiculous!!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ASPEN TO ANYONE... DR. TAIWO Qgunpie is the WOSRT, NO BEDSIDE MANNER AT ALL, HER STAFF MUST BE AFRAID OF HER , I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION... TODAY AFTER OVER A YEAR I STILL HAVE WORKING DENTURES. AND TODAY WAS MY "2 DELIVERY " DATE ... I had an appointment for an exam and X-rays and I called in to ask for it to be switched to my spouse as she needed to be seen sooner than me and there were no available appointments. The person on the phone said yes we can do that only to tell me my appointment is cancelled and it can’t be switched so neither of us can have an appointment. She was not even apologetic about it and was trying to schedule me for locations very far away from me. Forewarning this will be a long post as I am in absolute SHOCK! at level of service that I just received from the Aspen Dental located on Lavista road by Raven, the manager and Chandler, the receptionist. Especially considering that they are a franchise that supposedly are “customer service-based,” which I saw none of that today.
