Great experience. Consulting & X-ray included as stated online. Staff and service was excellent. No Insurance required.

This establishment really needs to update the phone system. They aren't receiving phone calls or returning voicemails. It's been an ongoing situation for quite some time. Other than that they are great, taking their time with patients, explaining the care and working as a team, when you can reach them on the phone .

If it were based solely on the staff, their friendly and caring attitudes, competence and overall generally welcoming and chill environment, the rating would have definitely been a 5+. However, if you want to get in touch with them by phone, email or text, that's a completely different story. Their web site lets new patients schedule appointments but has no such option online for existing patients. When you call the Union, NJ office, you can't even leave a voicemail because no one ever seems to answer the phone. The system l... read more

We came from VA to bring our brother to Aspen's Day of Service for our nation's veterans. Dr. Shah & staff were very kind and patient. They assessed the dental work he will need in the future. What a wonderful program but they can only do so much. Congress really need to look at dental health and how it affects other ailments causing more damage and additional funding. for veterans. Thank you taking care great care of those who vowed to support and defend our constitution and thank you to those on your staff who served.

Although you tried to respond with some nonsense talking bite changing and all that, it has nothing to do with what I was told on the phone. I was told that because I was not a customer you needed to do x-rays. No x-rays are needed for fitting of dentures. I needed the thing glued together. We could have of course talked about followups and so forth but your policy caused you to lose a customer before I even became one. You know it was all about making money... but sure try to pretend it was something else.

First time caller, have an issue with my denture that they claim on their web site would be fixed for less than $50. I was told on the phone before you come in this is for current customers so in order to see you we will need to do x-rays and a check up. I explained I only need you to look at my dentures, I could need a new one don't know. The woman on the phone, who was very nice, reiterated that this would need to be done. Like so many other have said here they simply want to charge you for services you don't need.

I defy you to make an appt here that isn't moved, misplaced or cancelled. This is the Costco of dental work. Other locations are quite similar

DECEMBER 2024: My insurance told me I was over billed for a procedure that was the NOT Billable. Aspen has returned SOME funds but have more to return. My insurance has mentioned they are providing ASPEN money, so they should return any OVERPAYMENT. ASPEN is still looking for an EXCUSE to not return funds. I am filing a grievance with my insurance, so they are even more aware of ASPEN and how they take advantage.
