I went to Aspen Dental on Laskin Road, Va. Beach and the people were very knowledgeable and took their time with me. One of the stand outs was Eric who did alittle extra for me. He held my hand and reassured me I would be ok. To me that meant so much. So I cannot say enough positive things and after my surgery i am feeling a lot better. I would definitely recommend this location. Great customer care!

Fantastic set of dentures with a superb fit for my family member. I was so impressed with the high-tech procedures and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was super-efficient - Shout out to Summer who processed the insurance. While it was a bit more than expected, when I shopped around and compared, I was sure we made the right decision to go with Aspen! The dentures we selected are a two-step process. Aspen Dental told me I needed a Root Canal, and a Crown. They wanted to charge me over 6000 dollars to do both. I have had a root canal before and knew they were over charging for the Root Canal. I told them I have used Tidewater Endodontics, and that I would get the Root Canal there. I went to my appointment at Tidewater Endodontics, and the nice ladies there proceeded to examine my bad tooth, and they both said that I did not need a Root Canal. The most uncaring staff ever and they lie! They just tried lying to me saying my insurance wouldn't cover my cleaning because I had my wisdom teeth out in July??? I've had crowns and fillings before and never been denied a cleaning by my insurance because I had another exam done that year that wasn't a cleaning??? That's makes no sense. They also wouldn't allow for me to pay after the cleaning they said to pay before I could check in???? Since when can you be denied treatment over a payment of $65? Horrible experience and not very organized. Took over 2 months to get my insurance verified. Weeks on weeks of we'll call you back and nothing. I can never get through and have to drive in to the office. Finally get insurance fixed and think I can make an appt and they can't find the X-rays they took or the charts they did of teeth. Time to find a new dentist

If I were to SUE for malpractice, I would sue this place. Charging me for frequent visits while a tooth was GONE and no one noticed!!!I have all the records!!! If I could leave negative star reviews it would be here.... You owe me Aspen dental!!!

Truly disgusting experience. I scheduled an emergency appointment a full week out due to ongoing pain and limited mobility from a broken ankle. Despite confirming twice through their online system, I showed up after a 45-minute trip--on a scooter, in pain--only to find out they had cancelled my appointment without a single notification. Why? I called & made the appointment. However, Aspen Dental cancelled the rescheduled appointment every time. I get there for a cleaning. They are taking x-rays and no cleaning. I have to make another appointment to get a cleaning. So, I do. I go to the cleaning appointment. They tell me I owe money. I made sure that Aspen Dental accepted my dental insurance without any issues. However, I have gotten charged for things that my insurance covers. Had an appointment yesterday and it was an awful experience. Felt very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in and the staff just made it worse. Felt like a factory assembly line. Very cold and impersonal. Would never go back to aspen dental
