had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tucker and her staff, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The office was impressively clean, and I felt welcome the moment I walked through the door. I went to Aspen Dental on Laskin Road, Va. Beach and the people were very knowledgeable and took their time with me. One of the stand outs was Eric who did alittle extra for me. He held my hand and reassured me I would be ok. To me that meant so much. So I cannot say enough positive things and after my surgery i am feeling a lot better. I would definitely recommend this location. Great customer care!

Fantastic set of dentures with a superb fit for my family member. I was so impressed with the high-tech procedures and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was super-efficient - Shout out to Summer who processed the insurance. While it was a bit more than expected, when I shopped around and compared, I was sure we made the right decision to go with Aspen! The dentures we selected are a two-step process. I received a call two days before my scheduled dental appointment, asking the same questions I had been asked when I initially scheduled it weeks ago. I have several dental issues that need attention, including a crown adjustment. During the discussion, I was informed that the dentist would charge me the full amount for adjusting my crown, as if it were a new one. I was told the dentist would need to remove my crown. They schedule appointment easily. Good Luck Getting in! They send email, you confirm, get confirmation but when you arrive they say you didn't answer phone confirmation. I have caller ID... they never called. Scheduled again... same crap.. this time I had called and had confirmation in hand. Again appt canceled. Not like they are so busy... Take walk ins but not appointments. Staff could care less...

Aspen Dental told me I needed a Root Canal, and a Crown. They wanted to charge me over 6000 dollars to do both. I have had a root canal before and knew they were over charging for the Root Canal. I told them I have used Tidewater Endodontics, and that I would get the Root Canal there. I went to my appointment at Tidewater Endodontics, and the nice ladies there proceeded to examine my bad tooth, and they both said that I did not need a Root Canal. The most uncaring staff ever and they lie! They just tried lying to me saying my insurance wouldn't cover my cleaning because I had my wisdom teeth out in July??? I've had crowns and fillings before and never been denied a cleaning by my insurance because I had another exam done that year that wasn't a cleaning??? That's makes no sense. They also wouldn't allow for me to pay after the cleaning they said to pay before I could check in???? Since when can you be denied treatment over a payment of $65?
