Donāt go to Aspen Dental if your having a problem. They are worthless.Ā
The dentists are 5-star. The book-keeping office is another story altogether. I had work performed during April 2017: (1) according to my insurance company, the claim was submitted with X-rays but without any supporting documentation, so the insurance company denied the claim; (2) the visit was billed in my wife's name, even though, to the best of my knowledge, she has never been a patient at Aspen Dental. I have been going to Waterford location for years. They are so accommodating for example... as I was waiting for my appointment turn a walk in came in with a tooth problem. Dr Franks see patients one after another, tight appointment schedule for sure. They did not turn this person away but said fit you can wait we will fit you in. Now that doesn't happen in most dentists offices. My son had a tooth that he put off month, until he could not take it anymore. Walked in they took him with-in 20 min. He had take two different med. Went back in two days then they took the tooth out. They where very nice.Ā
For the most part I have always been pleased with Aspen Dental in Waterford. However I had a crown installed last fall, which fell out in January. It then came out again last Friday, and I had to wait until yesterday to have it replaced. Barely 24 hours after having the crown re-cemented, it fell out again today while I was having lunch, and was told there are no morning appointments until Friday, so I'll have gotten one day of use in a week with two repairs....it's frustrating but the staff there are often very accommodatin...Ā read more
They told me I was all paid off to just show up from all appointments from there on out... Little did I know 2 visits later they told me I had to pay $900 to continue. If your on a budget I don't recommend!Ā
