I went to Aspen Dental after a 23 year old crown and post came unglued Thanksgiving Day. It was a front tooth, of course! I knew my dentist was away for the Holiday so I decided to give Aspen a try. Aside from a little attitude and pushback from the front desk, about being a new patient and walk in emergency, once I was in the back, the assistant and Dr. Ellis were great. My ordeal was over in less than an hour. Thank you.
I had my six-month checkup at Aspen Dental in Waterford. All of my dental issues have cleared up thanks to Hygenist Britney who administered a medication during my previous visit and educated me on how to care for my teeth and gums! The young lady who did my x-rays and the dentist who examined my teeth were also very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable (sorry I forgot to ask their names). This is no small feat since I'm phobic about going to the dentist. I am now a faithful return patient.
