I made an appointment for my elderly mother with Aspen Dental in Waterford, CT. We arrived and the staff was very curteous and polite. You have to know that my mom had been diagnosed years ago with dementia, so she is very forgetful. They called my mom's name to go into see Dr. Frank who is one of the most caring dentist's I have ever met. RecommendedEveryone at this practice has been kind, courteous and professional. And with every part of my treatments and payments I walk away feeling as if I have been given the best care and solutions to all concerns that I may have.
Every-time I go, I only go to Dr. Frank ! Him and his team have gone above and beyond for me. I have had some CRAZY bad experiences with other dentist to where it kept me from going to go get my teeth worked on. However when I had no other choice and went to Dr. Frank for the first time, he listened to my fears and took care of my dental issues without any issues. Great experience, quickly fixed my problem! Was planning on coming back at least one more time and would have to wait to have a tooth pulled, but was pleasantly surprised I was in an out in a little over an hour.

Had a great first visit. I am experienced with advanced dentistry, and Dr. Frank was exceptional. I reviewed my treatment plan from another dental team. He spoke right up and said why it was not an optimal plan, and what I should do instead. I think he was correct. I need prosthodontic work with implants. I was also surprised at how inexpensive they are.

I broke a molar a couple years ago and went to aspen for my crown. I am a satisfied customer and have been going there every since to have my teeth cleaned. Excellent job! The hygienist is great!!
I went in with no appointment with a tooth ache and they took me right in and I'm not one that likes the dentist.. I'm actually petrified to go... they made me so comfortable and set a full care plan in motion... they are awesome
super nice folks! the office is nice and they work with you to get your teeth all nice and are willing to explain why your treatment is important for your health .Can't wait to go back on Wednesday for my filling
