money hungry dentist , they want me to pay for services even having insurance , RIP-off
STAY AWAY! I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I've been going there for 2-3 years now and I'm thrilled to say I'm done with this place. They are NEVER on time. NEVER. I even schedule the first available appointment at 7:30am and they still make you wait 30 mins. Beyond that, every time I go to my appointment they have a billing issue. I went to aspen dental and they told me I needed a root canal, however for some reason the root canal was not covered by insurance, which is fine. I found someone in network to do it but they said they needed a referral. I have been asking aspen for over two weeks to send the referral, called today and they said they faxed it but their fax machine "doesn't always work" so I gave them the email address and they said they would do it right away. Awful experience. I went here only because my previous dentist didn't accept my new dental insurance and I totally regret it. In summary, I was told that I had serious dental issues. I questioned Aspen how this condition could have developed in 6 months since my last cleaning. They accused my previous dentist of medical neglect (totally unprofessional), saying that they wouldn't bother to share this information because they aren't closely monitored and regulated like a corporation is. Treatment was painful, it looks that it caused more damage to my tooth. Now It's been a litttle over a week and I still can't eat on that tooth that got a filling replacement only.there was no cavity.
Friendly staff - especially the support staff. Long waits. Poor communication. Lots of conflicting information. Exam rooms with no privacy But worst of all, they recommended two last-resort procedures. I got a second and third opinion and was warned against ever getting the procedure that Aspen recommended without expending all other options. I went to Aspen dental as a first time customer. The first day I went there they were very busy so I decided to make an appointment and return the next day because the receptionist was extremely pleasant and I enjoyed her professional demeanor. So i arrived at my appointment on time and in pain hoping that I would be helped when I was told my insurance was not accepted, I was very disappointed but I was informed that I could at least receive free x-rays , so I figured well I'm here so why not find out what could be going on.... read more
