The office manager was rude and extremely disrespectful. This place was the worse and I will never recommend this franchise! THE WORST!!!!
It was horrible. I waited 2 1/2 hours before they brought me back. Tore up my arm with the iv and then gave me a prescription for codeine HELLO I AM ALLERGIC TO CODEINE. 617 dollars for a terrible experience two days later im worst then the day i went in.
I just experienced the worst time at a dentist office and it is all thanks to Aspen Dental in Orange, Ct. I was a "new" patient, had been there a few weeks ago to set up my first visit and did the regular line of questions as does everyone who goes. In that time, I emphatically explained, NO needles are or will be used on me at any time. and was told " We have other patients like yourself, so this is not a problem and we will work with you" Hearing the words "Work with you" s... So I went for a "free" exam and X-ray. The dentist was very nice BUT the billing was a disaster. They billed my insurance when they shouldn't have and it affected my out of pocket. As a result I couldn't get my root canal done during the 2014 calendar year and lost $1500.00 in benefits. WHEN THEY SAY FREE THEY DONT MEAN FREE! What a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will never go back. And giving them one star is generous. The only reason I did is because the dentist was nice.
