This was the longest wait to have an appointment I’ve ever had. I had a full work up and estimate on a Friday 2 weeks ago. I was to have my dental work started with an impression for a broken tooth the following Monday. Unfortunately I couldn’t get there due to stomach flu. Called to cancel and reschedule my 15 minute appt but they still haven’t called to reschedule. Very unprofessional! I have to get this tooth extracted before I have a major infection. I did like the dentist. She seemed very knowledgeable.

My experience with this company has been horrible. I have found over 1200 dollars worth of charges that are not valid and have been working to rectify the situation since December of 2017 -- it is now March 21st 2018! only 600 has been returned and my case was STILL closed! The insurance department at Aspen closed my 'issue' without fully resolving it. I feel cheated and initially was told I was just not understanding the ledger or my insurance. Consumer beware. I'm being billed for dental work that was not authorized to be billed. They misbilled my insurance company and now is going to cost me an extra $1,000.00. Now all they can say to me is the person or persons that did the work and the billing are no longer with the company. Leaving me with almost a $1,000.00 in bills with their company. They also have some collection company calling me trying to bully me in to paying a bill that I don't owe and him screaming at me on the phone. I will update this statement sho... read more

I was told the first visit is free. I was billed $215. I got that sorted out. I was quoted a price for cleaning and fluoride. I paid the price. Later I got a bill for $25. I called to sort it out again. They said it was an insurance deductible. I have no insurance, as they know I am a strictly cash patient. They do not stand by their word. My mistake was going back a 2nd time after they tried to bill me the $215. I am disappointed and will not return to Aspen Dental.

Well it was excelent to get in but I made a call to them at 9:00 a.m. today and still have not heard back from them and it is 2:20 p.m
