Read the PBS Frontline story on Aspen Dental. It was basically my experience in a nutshell. Very poor service. Clearly looking to up sell not necessary procedures and products. Disorganized with dentist running incredibly late (45 minutes-driving from twin cities?!?). Staff were friendly, but it is clearly money making scheme. Same phoniness we were taught to use at Wells Fargo. One staff seem to suggest lack of professionalism in the environment was pervasive. Staff was great! Took all three kids with me. While both myself and my oldest daughter were being seen, the staff who were free sat and played with my younger kids (ages 3 & 5). I like that Aspen Dental has open hours on Thursday evenings to accommodate for working parents, too.

Use caution. They only seem to care about making money, and not the patients actual needs. I will not be returning.

Not all friendly wait to long for your appointment. They where more concerned about signing papers to pay your bill before they would do the procedure. I was there for 3 hours or more. They are understaffed. Had the procedure done went home was Called back but they where closed so I called a 1-800 # and the Dr called back and just said that it would take time and he stated he would call me back the next day to check on me. Have never heard back from anyone.
