I came here for an emergency with a cracked tooth, and they were able to get me in quickly. Shyann (sp) and the front office ladies are fantastic, but that’s where it stops for me. Dr. Ali was nice but I’m having so many issues with the crown that was put on a week ago. I’ve had another crown before and didn’t have any of the problems I’m having. I went to another dentist and had to have my bite adjusted, an antibiotic prescribed, and found out that my filling beside the crown has been damaged and have to get it replaced. On... read more

Worst display of Customer Service I have ever encountered. And, I tried to write a review on the Aspendental.com website and when I hit send, it was deleted. Strongly recommend not choosing this establishment for your mouth health. Plus, they are not following COVID-19 guidelines! No wiping down of anything.

as soon as they heard i had state insurance they treated me diff w re. they advertise free consultation but with me they wanted $200 for first visit

denist didnt do a good job and over charged. Got a root canal done on Friday by sat my jaw, neck and top of my chest was swollen. used a pick and got a small chunk of tooth out. now swelling is gone

I had an emergency appointment, I did get in the next day BUT, they could not fix the issue for two weeks! What kind of emergency care is that?! What kind of place lets a patient in pain wait for two weeks?! But they sure do want their money for the appointment when they did absolutely nothing, I saw the dentist for only a few minutes, I thought the issue would be taken care of the same day. Cause it’s taking forever to be taken back and their taking new people back. When I was putting thousands out they couldn’t get me back fast enough. My legs are cramping up from sitting. I’m getting really pissed!

not affordable for average working ppl. You need to have a very very good insurance with no out of pocket

On 7/20/2018 had my first visit, when I went to check out, I was told I hd to pay upfront for 3 extractions, & I told the office manager 2 times what needed to be done, so on 7 27 2018 , I went to have them out. Needless to say tings went wrong, the xrays were marked wrong, so they took out the wrong one, & I remember clearly, what I told the office manager when I paid. 3 teeth gone & still I have a ad one, They told me I had to pay for their mistake if I wanted it out, No way.
