We had a good experience We had a good experience with Aspen Exteriors. They replaced our roof last fall and it is beautiful. Their rep made the process easy and the crew got the job done in about a day and half. One of our gutters was damaged during the job, but Aspen worked with a local gutter company and it was completely replaced at no charge to us. Aspen repaired our roof after storm damage. Aspen repaired our roof after storm damage, and did a fine repair of our roof, as well as helping us through the process of insurance coverage of the damage.
We had a fairly good experience with Aspen. We had a fairly good experience with Aspen. The roofers ended up having to do a little extra work because they weren't notified that we also wanted to take out the chimney to the attic. We caught it after they cleaned up the chimney. Also, the roofers took out a good chunk of our deck railing in the process. We are happy with the end result of our roof but aren't a fan of a broke railing.
