Due to my work schedule, it was hard to meet with anyone during normal working hours. ****** was nice enough to meet me outside of those hours to look at my roof. He explained everything clearly and willingly answered any questions I had, as this was all a new process for me to handle. Materials were delivered when they said and were placed where I said. 123 Exteriors were amazing. From the beginning to end, it went as good as it could. ***** was absolutely amazing. He was kind, and most importantly, clear as day when it came to explaining every single detail when it came to having our roof and siding done. I highly. We had a great experience with Aspen Exteriors to install a new roof. ***** ******, our project manager, was knowledgeable, professional, patient with our indecisiveness on roof shingles, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The roof installation did a quality and quick job. They very willing to work with our schedule with two young kids to ensure most of the work was performed when we weren't home. Aspen exteriors is the worst company I have ever dealt with 26 month nightmare for a roof and siding job besides the huge mess they left the ruined 4 windows downspouts put a hole in my shed afterwards my roof leaked siding was falling off please run far away from this business **** K Ramsey, **
We had our roof replaced last year by Wildwood Roofing. Since then, there has been a leak in our garage. We have had to have them come out twice since then to address the leak, but it still hasnt been fixed. We continually call them to have it fixed once and for all, but they either dont answer or make it a low priority. In addition to this, the flashing wasnt installed correctly behind the siding which is probably why we have the leak.
