A Dentist That Welcomes You Like Family I was very reluctant to go to the dentist, but after seeing the wonderful work Dr. Lisa did for my wife, I decided to see if she could do something for my broken and neglected teeth. My Visit Dr. Zeppelin and his aide were wonderful. Your billing process is not what I consider friendly or appropriate. Requiring instantaneous payment acts like you treat your patients as crooks. Other dentists that I see send me a monthly bill, which I pay on receipt. Norman Levy

Thank you for your feedback. We do collect at the time of service on procedures to help reduce the cost of billing to all our patients. This is a financial policy that was established many years ago and we go over this with all out patients before treatment is started. We also offer third party billing to help patients with the payment process. We apologize if this was not explained to you at your recent visit. We will try to do better in the future.
Poor Everything was fine until it came time for financing when I didn't qualify I was told to hang on so they could talk to my Dr never heard back was sent home with an infected tooth and some mouth wash if you don't have money or good credit dont bother thanks for the free consult and the dashed hopes Kenn Webb
Efficient & very friendly Dr. Augustine is very efficient & was very concerned about my problems & took care of it immediately. Her assistant was very friendly & kept me at ease. Would recommend them to my friends.

On the fence. I like Dr. Zeppelin and all the ladies in the office. I've had some problems with open contacts between teeth that have been worked on and a crown that wasn't cemented properly so every time I floss it catches and shreds. They offered to redo the crown I just need to get myself in the proper frame of mind to have half my face numb... Again. I'm not a fan of Dr. Augustine as she missed diagnosing a cavity, that may have, if caught earlier not needed a root canal and a crown. I always seem to owe them more money ... read more
Cleaning no wall between two examination room patient privacy may violated and room was not clean Then. Dentist advised to remove my crown from my molar tooth I may need cavity filled but not convince I need new crown Location and area is inconvinient for me
It takes to long to get your teeth checked, a long wait!
