I asked a representative in the office to email me my xrays that were taken the last time I was in and I paid for. When I left on the 5th she assured me that they had been sent. I still have not received them at 1AM on the 6th. Just by chance my email address is davekusuda@comcast.net

Overall a good experience. I was not crazy about the setup for the hygenists as I was used to a private room rather than open walls where you could hear what was going on with other patients. Also did not particularly like being in the basement but can handle it for an hour. One thing that I don't recall was done after my cleaning was to floss my teeth. I have always had that done at my prior dentists office and maybe it was just overlooked. Otherwise everybody is very nice.

I know I will get the best of dental care in your office since I've been a patient there for many years before when I had dental insurance, but my recent visit was a disappointment. I was charged $110 for what was suppose to be a 'consult'. I was told on the phone that a consult was free, and she even mentioned a free Xray if needed. Well, nothing was free and I saw Dr Yaros for about 10 minutes before he told me I had to go see an endodontist. The dental work went well, but the temporary crown came off within an hour while eating a piece of toast. Not a good thing.

For today's visit, my wait time was minimal (maybe 3 minutes). The doctor was ready to go...I was in and out under 30 minutes for a "repair" job on a couple of old cavities.

I emailed a follow up question about my appt., but have not heard back. I am still waiting as the appt. suggested quite a bit of money for care, and some unknown amt. to follow.

Called 7/1/13 and spoke w/Canna (sp?). I explained that my son may possibly need his wisdom teeth out asap and that I'd like a ballpark range of how much this procedure would be. She said she could not do this as treatment options vary, which I understand, however, I've already spoken w/3 other dental practices which specialize in wisdom teeth and they all gave me appx quotes.
