A busy office found time to take care of a painful experience. In one visit the problem was identified and because of experience there are no lingering issues.
Cleaning Day Just had my teeth cleaned before leaving town. Denise did her usual great job with my troublesome teeth. Turning up the temperature of the water in the power spray cleaner helped with the sensitivity.
Latest visit to Aspenwood Dental Overall it was a good visit. There was one thing that I was uncomfortable with.....the dental hygienist used a piece of equipment, while cleaning my teeth, that I did not think was a good idea. (You can certainly try and explain it to me). It was a pick-drill sort of utensil with a water sprayer feature. The water suction tube was being used at the same time as the pick-drill. We apologize you did not understand the equipment that was used. It is called an Ultrasonic cleaner.• It quickly and effectively removes calculus that has built up on the teeth and under the gums on the root surface of the teeth. Our hygienist use this for patient comfort when calculus may be harder to reach in some areas. I was as pleased with the dentist and his assistant as much as all of the other times I have visited the office. They really make you feel at home. I love going there.
Everyone is always very nice and helpful, I have enjoyed my experience with Aspen wood Dental very much. I had my teeth extracted and got dentures three years ago and they made an unbearable situation comfortable.
High quality, thoughtfulness professionalism I went for an appointment for taking impressions for dentures. I cannot say enough how friendly and professional Joselyn and Dr Yaros were before during and after the procedure was done.They took the time to explain each step along the way and made me feel at easy..Joselyn also took time after to talk about how to prepare for the coming extractions. 100% Satisfied My appointment this time was for a dental cleaning. I not only got a great cleaning, but Darcy took the time to explain things that I have likely heard before, but this time she put them all together and demonstrated and they made sense to me in a way that they hadn't before.
