We have lived in this townhouse complex for almost 6 years under the AMS NW management and have been completely satisfied with their service. Thank you to Jessica S****** for her quick response to my inquiry re: the ownership status of my condo. Originally co-signed in 2015, I refinanced a year later and wanted to make sure my HOA Statements now reflected that. On her own initiative Jessica researched this thru the Washington Co. records and was able to confirm my status; I had not asked her nor was aware to seek this information.
