Got a live person the first time I called. Very patient and friendly. I had a rush request to get some insurance documents to my bank. Online portal was not giving me access. Entirely pleased with my interaction with this business. I have to deal with a lot of Home owner’s associations in my Real Estate business. Many of them seem put out when I make a request or ask a question. AMS was a DELIGHT. They went out of their way to answer my questions both on the phone and via email. Well done AMS!

I would like to share my great customer service experience with Jeff S******* from Association Management Services NW. He was quick to respond to my emails and very helpful in providing me all the detailed information I needed to set up my account on their website. He also helped flag my account for follow up since I had some difficulties setting up the ACH withdrawal to make sure everything went through correctly. His follow up was very thorough and he was a pleasure to work with.
We needed some technical help with using our portal and Krista L** at Association Management Services was fantastic - patient, encouraging, friendly.
