I have a "Kudos Experience" to share with everyone. I want to construct a she-shed in my back yard and I could not find the CC and Rs regarding this matter. I contacted AMS (Oregon) and Heather B. responded to my email. She provided a full explanation regarding what I would need to know and she sent me an application that I could fill out and send when I am ready to have the construction work done. Cheryl Harris in their office helped me even after I sold my property there, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate it! Generally AMS is easy to work with and is quite efficient in all the times I have dealt with them. Their owner portal and payment system are easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly and punctual.
