I love everything about your office. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. Dr Chalker is so skilled, calm and friendly. Clearly, your office is geared towards making a visit as pain and stress free for the patient, as possible. Staff and doctors work as a team, which creates a very relaxing environment. I just had a scaling appointment with my hygienist, but called her attention to one tooth which had been bothering me. She decided to have Dr. Peterson have a look to see what was going on. He came in and found that the tooth only had one of the three roots intact and the tooth would need to be extracted. He recommended an implant process. Dr. Peterson and his staff are consistently friendly and professional. Appointments are on time and well-mamaged. The staff appears to have a good working rapport between themselves and Dr Peterson. Dental work was above and beyond.

I have ALWAYS had a dentist phobia. I have pain issues, and dentists/hygienists have regularly caused me pain. In fact, it had been over a year since my last dentist appointment because the hygienist had left me in SO much pain that I canceled the next appointment, and just never went back... I have been to a number of good dentists in San Luis Obispo County over a few decades. My first visit to Dr. Peterson's office was last week, 8/4/2015, the day after I made the appointment. Dr. Peterson and his staff are, by far, the most excellent. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative, flexible and patient, but most of all they are compassionate. In my humble opinion, Dr. Peterson and his staff are the best you will ever find in this county to manage your dental needs.

I've always been petrified of going to the dentist especially after a bad scare in europe in the 80's and in high school after an accident where i lost most of my front teeth. i've been deeling with teeth problems since age 16 so when this last absese left me scared and in severe pain i had to bite the bullet. Im so happy i chose Dr Peterson and his staff. he explained everything before he proceeded which made me feel very at ease. hopefully all my visits will be this calming. Diana Barnhill (Bishop)
