Was a very positive experience, after having a recent scary experience at my previous dental office. That bad experience left me feeling scared and anxious to go back to the dentist, however, Dr. Chalker and his staff listened to my needs and helped me relax. They asked me periodically if I was in any discomfort, during the procedure, which is important when you can't talk. They also didn't force treatments I didn't need and Dr. Chalker was good in explaining possible future treatments and preventive care.

Competent, helpful, pleasant...this applies to all staff plus Dr. Peterson. Outstanding practice. So glad we found them.
Dr. Peterson is extremely knowledgeable and at the same time very friendly and easy going. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to see him, for he is one of the best dentists I have seen. He makes jokes sometimes, which makes the experience better as well. The assistants are also really sweet and make you feel very comfortable. The receptionist kindly gave me advice on getting a dental discount card, which they accept, since I was getting so much work done.
My first visit to this establishment was the best experience that I have ever had. Here's why... 1) Ever go to a dentist and get a screening done? Not only that... did they go ahead and have a staff on hand to do teeth cleaning prior to your screening? It's normal to do panos and x-rays prior to the screening but cleaning has never been the norm for me. I first called to see if they took our insurance because my 3 kids needed to get cleanings. They had been going to a different dentist and it had been a while since they had been in for cleanings and such. They got my kids in fairly quickly. One had a couple cavities that need to be filled along with a tooth that needed to be pulled and another had a filling that needed to be fixed and a couple teeth pulled. When I called to see if Dr. Peterson was available to take me as an unscheduled appointment the answer was, "Absolutely". The whole experience with Dr. Peterson was absolutely wonderful; so much so that I am transferring my dental records to his office. I have also recommended my wife and son to his office. Dr. Peterson and his staff are all genuine caring personnel. I would not hesitate recommending Drs. Chalker and Peterson and the entire staff for dental treatment. I can honestly say that I enjoy all the staff at the office, they are always so helpful and pleasant. It has always been a enjoyable visit even when working on my teeth. I have never enjoyed going to a Dentist but now I don't mind.
