From the phone call to make my appointment to the visit, everyone was outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions.
The office atmosphere was pleasant today. I was taken in on time and the dentist did a good job of explaining and analyzing my situation with Bridge. The dental assistant did not provide her name but was rather rough and argumentative. She caused me to gag when taking the X Ray. She was rude when I inquired about some product I needed for my Bridge cleaning and left me with a poor impression. The others have been quite nice and not rough.
