The office atmosphere was pleasant today. I was taken in on time and the dentist did a good job of explaining and analyzing my situation with Bridge. The dental assistant did not provide her name but was rather rough and argumentative. She caused me to gag when taking the X Ray. She was rude when I inquired about some product I needed for my Bridge cleaning and left me with a poor impression. The others have been quite nice and not rough. Everyone was so wonderful and professional and very understanding of my anxiety. I know I've chosen the right place and I'm actually excited about finally getting my dental situations taken care of.
I missed a couple of appointments and I inquired if they had one that day; there was an opening and they got me in that same day. Very very accommodating and gracious with awesome service as usual. I recommend Michael Atencio dentistry and his team of professionals to everyone!!
I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I was made to feel so at ease with the hygienist that it was not uncomfortable at all. Great people
