Mike Ray was the BEST both professionally and personally!!!! I’ve never experienced a more invasive process than getting qualified for a mortgage. You literally tell them everything. We've had an awesome experience with Atlantic Bay and Tyler Turner. We purchased an investment property 3 years ago and every month he provides a market report. He and the team (Jennifer Jackson) are always available to answer questions we have about the market, pros/cons of various loan programs, amount needed to save for closing, debt/income ratio, etc. Would highly recommend for any mortgage needs as this group will help you maximize your investment and save.
