Shain is amazing. As a first time home buyer to say the least I was petrified and knew absolutely nothing about mortgages. Shain went above and beyond to answer all my questions, answer any concerns, and make sure i was comfortable with the process at all times. Couldnt imagine being anymore comfortable through out the process. Eric did a great job getting the requirements to me and explaining everything throughout the process. During the process the government was shut down and eric found a way to get a fha loan to close. I highly recommend him and his company to any buyer!
