Unlike other lenders, where you deal with four people in four different states, Joncey handled everything from beginning to end. Her willingness to shoulder things typically left to applicants made the entire process far more straightforward than any I’ve experienced. I highly recommend Joncey Lee because she actually cares about the people with whom she does business.
We recently just used Theo as our mortgage lender for the 3rd time, he has always gone above and beyond to ensure we are getting the best customer service! As long as I live in an area that he can be our lender, we will continue to return to him for his advice and help for selling or refinancing our properties.
