I highly recommend Stacey. She worked with me purchasing my first home. We didnt work with a realtor and purchased a for sale by owner. A process i thought would be so difficult she made so smooth and easy. She took her time answering all my questions and made sure i understood everything. Everything went so smooth, i highly recommend her and would use her again.
Jim listens, advocates and does what others can’t. Jim and his team at Atlantic Bay are nothing short of amazing, and we have bought/sold 10+ homes in six states. Easily the best we have had. Highly recommend.
Jane and I both were involved in the process, Jane began with some of the paper work, then we met w/ Hans several times as needed (he was always available and prompt in communications). Most importantly as we came close to the date of completion of all paper work, Jane's mom took a turn for the worse, so she left for Greenville. Eric was awesome in helping get a mortgage. This was my first house and he made it seem so easy to do. There was not a lot of back and forth like I've heard from others who bought a house. He made sure there wasn't anything that was going to stop us from closing on time. He also had me in under writing before i had even found a house so that it we could close quicker.
