Shannon is by far the best Loan Officer I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was available anytime I called (which at times were late in the evening) answering my questions and was very thorough in explaining everything. Response time in email communication was quick and with the same detailed explanations of everything. The first person I would ever recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things about Carrie. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive during our whole mortgage process and made it seamless and easy! Would highly recommend Carrie especially for those who are using their VA loan for the first or second time, she goes over every thing with you every step of the way!

I had the pleasure of working with Keith over the last couple of months. The service we received was top notch. My husband and I are currently living in Hawaii preparing to move to Virginia and had to do everything remotely for the purchase of a home in Chesapeake. We would not have been able to purchase our house without all of the company’s wonderful staff supporting us at every step.

We started working with Joel when the original loan officer/lender we were using messed up and almost caused us to lose the house we were buying. The difference between Joel and the other lender was night and day. Joel is all around the best loan officer I have come in contact with. I were very pleased to work with Kevin on our loan which closed in March 2018. Kevin was great at explaining the process to us, making suggestions, sending references and listening to our concerns. He was able to communicate with the underwriter and the closing manager with ease.
