Outstanding experience! Very smooth from the start to finish, couldn't ask for better. Bill worked all the details even when another bank made a huge mistake on previous loan. Bill is local for us so we could ask questions day or night, not too late. I would recommend Bill to any new customer he has the ability to put you at ease, especially when it comes to closing. I appreciate all of his efforts and could not ask for a better experience.

Amiee took the worry and fear out of the entire mortgage process! She handled my mortgage application mostly by phone and email because I live in Massachusetts and was buying in Virginia. She was very clear and detailed in her instructions about what documents I needed to provide, and when. She also explained the e-sign process which I had never dealt with before. Michael was absolutely phenomenal at everything he did for us. We shopped several loan companies and Linda was the only one who covered all of the available options without us having to ask. Linda was quick with an approval letter when needed in a market, Asheville, NC, where time is of the essence and properties in our price range go under contract within 24 hours of list. Incredibly competent help with our mortgage work. We knew our realtor would connect us with somebody wonderful, and she did -- Linda Brandt! Could not be happier. Frankly we were expecting far more hassle but Linda made the process smooth and easy. Good communication, never dropped the ball, and we closed in record time. Fantastic job with helping me with my first time home buying experience.
