I would like to say that Mike was a pleasure to work with. His response time regardless of when when I asked to my questions was simply phenomenal. The guidance that I received with putting together all the moving parts that it takes to purchase a home was a lifesaver with the tight timeline that I had to complete my home purchase.
Mike was incredibly helpful! He is very patient, even with asking the same questions over and over (First time home buyer). He made buying our first home so effortless. I couldn't imagine anyone helping us like he did. We felt we were in great hands.
Linda was so thorough at each step of the process in applying for and obtaining a loan on our purchase of a second home. She seemed to anticipate our questions before we ever asked and when we did have a question she or her assistant were always fast to respond. Could not have asked for a more helpful and nice person to work with. We are happy to recommend her and her company to anyone who is looking for a loan in Asheville.
