The home buying process can be lengthy and sometimes confusing, but when your dealing with a professional like Allison, it runs smoothly. We were in constant communication and all of my questions and needs were met quickly. I really appreciated her knowledge and helpfulness and felt that I was constantly updated on any additions or changes. Allison's experience is what made me comfortable and makes her the best person to work with.
Bob Williams and the Atlantic Bay team were absolutely amazing! I received quick and clear communication throughout the entire process. My circumstances were challenging, but Bob never took the "easy way out". Instead, he worked hard to make sure the final result would benefit my financial future. In the end, I was able to get a better rate than expected and closing costs were better than quoted. There were no "gotchas" at all, the end result was better than I expected.
