All paperwork and signatures were done electronically. I only had to scan my drivers license (that's it!) Very efficient and on time even with changes to the closing dates. I cannot thank you enough for the very smooth and stress free process (at least on my end!)

Ali and Melinda are rockstars! From the beginning, they made me feel like their only client. They were extremely thorough during the application process so there were no surprises once things went to the underwriter. We were buying and selling simultaneously and within a day of each other. Danyel told us to where we needed to be financially and what to do in order to land our dream home. We listened and went from only being approved for a $160k house to a $280k house. It took 3 years, a lot of saving, putting in offers and contracts and we heard a lot of "No's".
