Ashylynn was completely awesome. She was very attentive and on her A game during the entire process. Ashlynn is GREAT...I will be recommending her to anyone I know that needs a mortgage. While other brokers told me "IT can't be done" by running thow their checklist... Ashlynn stepped up and got my mortgage approved. She looked beyond the cookie cutter plans and regulations and just figured a way to get it done! That's a rarity these days. Thanks AGAIN!!!!

Truly a professional. Superb knowledge of all facets of mortgages. Worked up several options to ensure i got the best rate ( and what a great rate it is!!) Dedicated and focused on you. Very truthful and honest. He stays with you even after the closing, reviewing one's opportunity as new product, better rates, etc. become available. I've been with George and Atlantc Bay about 10 years now and am very pleased in the value he provides.
