We knew before even trying to purchase a home that we were going to have some difficulties due to financial situations. However, Keith Yeargin and Atlantic Bay were extremely helpfull and very patient with us. He went out of his way to meet our needs and wants, I would recommend Keith and Atlantic Bay to anyone I know in need of a loan.

As a first time home buyer the process can be very stressful and intimidating. In working with George he was always available and very patient. He demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and professionalism throughtout the entire process and when I was overwhemled with the process he was there. Mr. Keith Yeargin is an outstanding mortgage consultant/banker. He was very professional, yet kind and caring as he helped our family. Keith and his team at Atlantic Bay really came through for our family. He was extremely accessible throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions right away.
