George is very detailed and knowledgable about the various products. George acts as a champion for the buyer. George provides timely responses to email and voicemail even after working hours. George has a willingness to assist with questions that may be outside of his ream of expertise by making suggestions on who to contact. The loan process is very long and difficult even with "Excellent Credit". The documents that have to be submitted grew as the loan process moved to it's conclusion. Stacey was very patience and understanding about our frustration. She answered every question and there were many.
