Very attentive. If he didn't know the answers, he got back to us quickly with the answers. Was great with time sensitive matters. But if he tries to get your closing with Janet at First Choice, ask for someone else. She was rude and not very knowledgeable.

This was the first home purchasing experience on my own and as nervous as I was, Carrie took the time and effort to make sure I had a smooth transition. Pre-approval came immediately, from their Final approval followed without any delays. Everything went smoothly and Carrie guided me through the entire process in a friendly and helpful manner. Carrie is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. I would highly recommend Carrie Williams to anyone buying a home.

Jason was available, he walked me through the process of buying a home, he was experienced and knowledgeable and very patient, I would use Jason again and recommend him ..I applied for a loan and with Jason at my side I was a new home owner in 2 months

Keith Yeargin and his team have been very patient with me as I have had several major life changes. He is honest, caring and thorough. I highly recommend he and his team. Update July 2015. It took 3 tries for me to buy my new home; I moved from out of state and it was a process to get everything in order. I met with Jane on the advice of my realtor, Dana Gustafson. Best advice ever! I was going through several life-altering events and Jane was my rock throughout the whole process of obtaining a loan. I always felt she was there for me anytime I had a question or needed further clarification. I cannot recommend her strongly enough. I wish I had more friends in need of loans just so I could send them to her! You will never regret calling Jane!!

Working with Jane was an absolute pleasure. She understood the tight spot I was in financially, appreciated my financial limitations/obligations, and had a great team of people to assist me with complex questions, conference call coordination, and was great to deal with especially during what I find to be a stressful process. Jane was available and responsive, and in the process of getting my mortgage approved that spoke volumes. Jane was truly great!
