Where to begin. The rates and fees looked appealing, but quite honestly they should not be in the mortgage business. The simplest loan in the world to close for a buyer with perfect credit, and they found a way to foul it up and delay my closing. The underwriter missed key aspects of their basic education, and the management was equally confused with no ability to resolve simple issues.
