The mortgage application and closing process is often clumsy and frustrating. Atlantic Bay’s system makes it easy to provide the required information and Carrie does a great job smoothing out the bumps in the process and handling any surprises that come along. Rates are great as well.
I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help through the rigors of buying a home. Carrie was available whenever I had questions and she helped me get a super interest rate with the purchase or new home.
Linda was great to work with. She took the information I gave her and was able to lock us in on a great rate. She made the entire process simple and stress free. If we ever need to get a new mortgage my first call will be to Linda. I highly recommend her and her team.

Man.... I can't think Kristi enough. She was super responsive through the whole process, answering questions and clarifying items right away. As first-time home buyers, she answered all of our questions, reviewed pros and cons of every decision, and responded to any texts or emails within the hour. When she was out of the office, we were able to get messages to her team and hear back from them quickly, too. I was so nervous going into the process as a first-time home buyer, but it was smooth sailing for us.

We were 1st time buyers and Melissa answered all our questions. We could text or call any time and got a fast response. She was at our closing and was very nice. We never felt judged for questions we asked. Melissa was also very thorough and made sure we had everything we needed for an easy closing.
