We had the unfortunate case of signing with a bad realtor who failed to communicate with us almost at all. Carrie knew about it and went out of her way to help remedy the situation, and ended up being more helpful than our realtor was in purchasing the property. This is the second time we have used her services, and we have been extremely happy both times.

Outstanding service, advice and support from initial meeting to closing. We reduced our monthly mortgage cost by $218.00. We took out a refinancing option for a no cash-out one to reduce our monthly payment. Our closing costs were factored-in to the new mortgage so we had no out of pocket expenses at closing and received $588 back.

Kristi and the whole team at Atlantic Bay have now helped us purchase our home as well as refi a year later when the rates dropped. She reached out to us to let us know the rates were changing and it would be a great time to refinance. On both occasions the Atlantic Bay team were helpful and prompt with all of their responses. I used Atlantic Bay Mortgage for a refinancing, and had such a positive experience. From application through closing, the Atlantic Bay team was professional, detail-oriented and helpful. Communication was consistent and excellent throughout the process. I can easily say this was the most painless and smooth closing I have ever been through. Charlotte, Danielle, and Angel are are great team, each taking care of different parts of the process with efficiency.

This was our third home purchase and by far the best experience. Michelle and her team kept us up to date, always making sure we were "in the loop". This was a complicated purchase, as we live out of state, it was a "second home" purchase and I am self-employed (which always requires a lot of extra paperwork). They were patient when I became frustrated and was grateful for their prompt response to my calls and emails.
