I used Atlantic Bay twice since I have lived in NC. I had the pleasure of working with Karen on my initial home purchase in 2015. Karen and Dawn helped me with a refinance in 2020. Being retired military I felt confident they understood the specific needs of the VA and how to move forward every step of the loan process. I have been pleased with the both times and recommend them.

Margaret and her staff were recommended by my realtor. I can't say enough how grateful I am that that happened. I needed to be able to secure my loan and close fast. I was using the VA with does not usually mean fast on any count. Margaret and her staff worked diligently, answered all my questions and made it happen as quickly as I needed. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Those in the aviation industry know how crazy our pay scale and system can be. Tony took the time with me line by line to fully comprehend the details. I was with another 'internet type' lender and mid-process switched to Tony. He and his team did more in a few weeks than the original lender. They also were able to get me a much lower interest rate.
